As the title states, any time I try to activate Legion, through command roster and anything else I can think of that has not worked, I get the response, Crewman Legion is not commissioned. Also where other voice packs acknowledge in voice, nothing from Legion at all. I have 2 other packs, Astra and Eden and all packs and tools are up to date, help would be appreciated.

Open up the customiser, click "The Crew" button, and make sure that he is ticked.
