  • Voice recognition problem with VA and HCS

    Hi All,

Windows 10 speech recognition has been trained and appears to have little problem understanding me. The problem I have is that ASTRA does have issues and basically she misses 8 / 10 commands. I started to think that maybe it was my headset (Logitech G933) but thought it W10 recog seems good then why not VA... Anyone have any tips to try?

    Cheers

Are you getting "unrecognised commands" or just nothing being recognised?

What are your confidence/command weight levels in Voice attack? Do you have Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation and Disable Adaptive Recognition boxes ticked?

    1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
    2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
    3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
    4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong
WARNING! Swedish wall-of-text hits you for bork-bork-bork damage!

My confidence level is set to 0 with a Min Unrecognised Confidence Level of 50. I did have Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation ticked and have now also ticked Disable Adaptive Recognition. My command weight is set to 63. Hope that helps.

I am going to have to look more into this, you are not the first person with a logitech G933 who has had issues recently....

The logitech issues for the other users were more of an audio playback issue, rather than actual speech recognition. The only other thing I can suggest is running through the speech training several times, I typically do 3-4 loops of the training engine with the mic volume at max
