Orion voice pack and panels problem

I'm new user of VA and voice pack for it but played ED for quite long time now. I've posted this on game developer forum( http://bit.ly/1TqEPzB ) and was advised to post here so here it goes:
I have problems with showing left, right and comms panel when I have VA turned on. It's just not showing them and the key bind to this command in game, don't do nothing. When I switch VA off however, the default keys bind to those commands works. After long long tries and errors I've uninstalled voice pack and installed it again. This time before I did any edits, I said left panel and it worked. Right panel and it worked. But when I edit profile to change keys in VA for galaxy map and system map (respectively 5 and 6 ), I closed it, maps work, but panels don't. And I even didn't changed any settings regarding panels! Can anyone explain me what is going on here please. I don't get it at all.
When I say left panel - VA recognize command but do nothing. I double click recognized command and this is what I can see in edit command window

Try saying "Reset all systems" while in game and then see if the panels work. sometimes if you exit a panel manually VA does not know that the panel has actually closed.

Im forever alt tabbing out of game so I usually issue the commands "Reset all Systems " and "Interaction mode on " whenever I return to the game.

Yep Cmdr Chemtrail is right. Reset all systems should get you going. Changing voice pack to an alternate also works. If you open Notepad and click the window and then say say a command you will see the response in Notepad - a good way to test. My keyboard will not operate the 1 2 & 4 keys quite often with Voice Attack and Orion loaded - not even manually. Have no idea why this can't be fixed - seems daft.

This happens with all packs that have shortcut keys setup. To disable it, say "Keyboard On" or click the Keyboard Icon in Voice Attack. This disables the shortcuts and the keys that were not working will now be working

Got this problem some weeks ago.
"Reset panels" and "System Check" commands reinitialize the panel commands. (check some panel related commands to understand why, too complicated for me to clearly explain why in English right now)

Take the habit to say the "Finished" command or one of its doppelgänger each time you want to close a panel. It solves the problem.
If you forgot, and see weird behaviour in panels commands, the "Reset Panels" command is your friend ^^

This should be in some sort of easy to find section, it seems it's a common problem. (maybe a FAQ or something ^^)
