Hello,
Think I found a bug after uninstalling & reinstalling Cecil and Ad-Astra with the latest version (I did this around 7:45pm Pacific Time on Wednesday).

I clicked "Test" on the "Ship's assistant Ad-Astra (v0.03 alpha) screen" (the Test button to the right of the Verbosity, Volume, and Balance controls) but nothing happened, and the following appearing in the Voice Attack log:

7:44:48.293 Could not find a part of the path 'D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VoiceAttack\Sounds\hc spack-adastra\Profile sounds\Promotion\((RS - ADA Harmless))\non-verbose\Congratulations promoted to Harmless.mp3'.
