AdAstra - Killing skimmers gets response "You received a bounty voucher of 0 credits"

On planetary scan missions, you sometimes kill the skimmers for the 1000 Cr bounty.
1. Target all skimmers and verify "wanted" status.
2. Kill the skimmers
3. AdAstra announces "You received a bounty voucher of 0 credits
