Need a bit of help with the new Ad-Astra update

1. Ad-Astra (just updated) keeps telling me every time I land at a station that my "All materials on my wanted list are complete", I don't have a wanted list anywhere nor do I have a watched list...

2. SendOwl says I have no downloads left for my Gamma Pack, How do I get it reset?...
