Hey guys. So I just purchased the Jazz voice pack to have a little bit of a change from Venus (which is still great by the way), and having heard the sound promos on the Jazz page I though it was going to sound amazing. However once I had the pack setup and good to go I decided to run a few commands before lauching Elite just to test them out, and I have to say the audio files sound absolutely nothing like they do in the promos. In the videos on the Jazz pack page and on YouTube she has a computerised tone, however in the audio files it just sounds like a normal female voice with no sfx applied. This may sound like a strange complaint but I just find it very strange that the product doesn't match what's advertised.

Pretty disappointed as the voice is the most important part and is what drove me to buy. Here's the examples of what I was expecting her to sound like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tc2V_bC1_8Y - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN0uiGOPNNg

We are still going to be releasing a computerised version of the Jazz voice for no extra cost of those who purchase the pack.[1]

[1] Which then leads me into a quandry... do I add both to my AI Profile switcher, or just one version? HO hum, decisions decisions....

    2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
    3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
    4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong

Oke doke, maybe it would be a good idea though to make people aware of this before they purchase in case you get more messages along the same lines as mine. Any ETA on the computerised version?

It will (more than likely) come in around the same time as the profiles update that we have planned for all the other packs.

The reason as to the change though was something that was partly out of our hands. We had a release date that we wanted to hit, and considering that the only part of the "computerised" part that came out well as the date loomed in was what was actually used in the video, we felt that it was better to release the clean version and then go back and spend more time on the other version.

Since then we have had one or two other people speak up about the difference,

We have a "fully computerised" voice pack called Ze. He sounds a *little* bit like a Cylon, and unfortunately also needs subtitles to be fully understood. Shame we don't have that facility. The "computer" version of Jazz ended up sounding like that in more places than we ideally liked. So we had to go back and rethink how to do the effect better.

From a certain point of view, she could end up being the "best value" for money... 2 packs for the price of one
