ASTRA's features in the new packs?

Hi!
I was wonderong if the features you get with A.S.T.R.A, and by that i mean the galaxepedia and stuff like that, are also included in the most recent voicepacks, Orion and Vega?

Orion Shares the Galaxapedia, Nebula Exploration, and Constellations, (all in his voice of course). But at present, they are the only features shared with astra. I have not tried the Nebula Exploration on Either pack, so i'm not sure if they are the same nebulae or different ones...one day, i will have my exploration asp...one day
