Are the Elite and Star Citizen packs separate or the same?

I just purchased the ASTRA and Ships Cat packs to use with Elite Dangerous.

Will the same packs work for Star Citizen as well or is there a different variation of the pack that needs to be purchased for use with Star Citizen?
