CALLISTO voice pack

I just pre-ordered the CALLISTO voice pack for Star Citizen; but when I click the "login to access your pack(s)" link (in the Email I received with the Order Info) it comes up with a Customer Login page. On that page it ask for my Email and Password. When I enter the Email and Password (I setup for my HCS account) it gives me an error message "Login details incorrect". Is there a different Registration needed for this and if not why won't it accept my login info? And if there is a Separate Registration to login to that page how do I get to the Registration Page?

OK, so what *normally* happens (Callisto is the exception to this as there is no download for her at the moment to be issued), is that in the email that would have a download link for her, there would be your name / email address in the top right of the page.

Clicking that would give you the ability to claim the page / create a Sendowl account.

The sendowl download is (going from memory) the 3rd link in the email (so it would actually be below the "login to download" link)

Why different accounts? Because the HCS website (we actually use shopify as our back end for sales / account management) and Sendowl (the people who we use to manage downloads) are different systems, and the accounts between the two are not linked.

Ok thanks. So I guess I will just wait until April when it is released. Will I receive another email with the Download Link at that time?

Yes, there should be a nice big email saying now available to download etc. This is also normally relayed (as a secondary means) via our newsletter as well. There have been cases in the past where a customer hasn't received one (or the other) of the notification emails (for whatever reason), so I would keep an eye on our social media's as well
