Orion FSDJumpComplete not working (plus no voice response on key activations)

I have Invoke On, clean installed everything, and did every step from all the read me files but cant get this to work after an explorer's jump. I'm far away from the bubble so I haven't tested the questions for landing gear yet, but so far no questions whatsoever have worked for me with Orion.

Another issue is that while all my keybindings work, they no longer trigger Orion's voice confirmation.

Am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate some help.

I'm also attaching a picture of a sound error I get when I say 'engage frame shift drive'. There seems to be several issues with Orion for this new update. You can see a full size version here.

Strange. Did you perform clean reinstall (uninstalling voice pack and plugins along with deleting of their folders, and then installing plugins and voicepack from the latest update) I think HCS guys solved all those path related issues for voice packs so there should be no problems..

I have done a clean reinstall of everything, even voiceattack, twice by now and all the issues seem to persist.

I reinstalled the Voice Pack again, and got the FSDJumpComplete to work, as well as the questions, but have been unable to trigger sounds on key presses, and I'm still getting an error with sound files on engage frame shift drive command. Very weird.

When exactly did you download Orion voice pack?
Also, not directly tied to the problem, but do you use the latest beta version of VoiceAttack 1.6.1.27 from https://voiceattack.com/#download-1?
Also what exactly sounds do you expect to trigger on key presses?

Some strange things going on or maybe the instructions aren`t clear enough. I have almost everything working, but invoke (though she says she hears) simply doesn`t work. I tried the Explorer Jump and while she does do it she never asks to scan afterwards although she does scan if I say "Scan System". She never asks about dropping gears or any of that.

I downloaded Orion yesterday, but have been using it since 5/5/16. I have the latest VA Beta.

What I expect is what happened before when I installed Orion the first time; usually, if I hit the system map key, for instance, it triggers Orion's voice confirmation and he says 'system map'. That no longer happens.

By the way, I manually added the missing sounds on the Engage FSD command as a temporary fix for the other issue I mentioned.

We removed a lot of the "when I press" buttons, because our profile was getting a lot lot larger/complex, and we couldn't bind every potential combination for them.

Well, good to know is not an issue on my part. However, what's with the missing sound files?
