Having trouble with Eli Voice Pack

Hello everyone,

So I've been enjoying using Eli as my AI of choice but there are a few problems I have with it I hope you can tell me how to fix:
The first problem technically existed since I bought him (but never bothered me enough to make it a priority to ask), this is that sometimes when I ask Eli to launch his lines get cut off by the "Preflight checks" thing, so I do I fix this?
The other one I've faced is a lot more of a "feature breaking" bug and he was like this since Saturday, and that I'm getting an error for something like the journal reader or something like that in VoiceAttack and this repeating error has made Eli incapable of doing most of the commands I ask him to: basically the only commands he has responded to was "Eli, shall we?" and the launch command. I do not know if there was an update to fix this (can't for the life of me find the email) but this is a little annoying my AI has gotten knocked out by something that might be relatively easy to fix...

I noticed that no one had told you how to make Eli finish his sound bytes. In VA, click the Edit Profile button, then expand the category Ship - Docking and double click the command that starts with "Launch". Scroll down to where it says, "Execute command, '((Launch))' by name, right click that, then click "Edit". In the new box that pops up tick "Wait until this command completes before continuing". This should affect everything in all the other commands that are activated by this one. If that doesn't do it, find the command "((RS - Launch 1))" and open it, then edit the only item in the list. In the new window you will need to right click and edit each of the sound files and check "Wait until sound completes before continuing command". You can also add a couple other soundbytes like "Bing Bong thank you from the commander" in the Additional dialogue > Profane folder.
