Singularity v1.04 - VoiceAttack v1.6.9 - Error accessing sound file ?

Hey guys, i need some help here. just installed the latest Astr, Ksai and Vega a few days ago and followed the instructions on how to install everything. plugin first then voice packs as admin as i have done over the years using the voicepacks, and it worked fine. Singularity was kool. But when i loaded it up after a restart i'm being recognised but no sound from any of my voicepacks. Just error accessing file. I've uninstalled everything many times checked all files are in the right folders. when i go into voiceattack edit i can see a lot of commands are greyed out and it says voice dissabled. Here's what my voiceattack shows me when it boots up.

If you look inside the Voice Attack options, on the first tab, where is the sounds directory pointed towards?

It *should* be (for the above error to be resolved) set to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Voice Attack\Sounds"

yeah Gangrel checked all that. Voice attack set as you said above but still getting error.

I just did a check here, and those files are present for me. In the VA settings what do you have the Audio Output Type set to in the VA Settings (Audio Tab). I have mine set to integrated components and it is working fine for me.
