cargo bay (srv)opens and immediately closes

Help help when i command cargo bay to open it deploys and immediately closes, order of start voiceattack, then elite. keybindings setup for singularity 1.04 voiceattack v1.7 hcs 2.04
please help can no longer advance in game the thrill is gone
