Missing full house profile?

Hello, i wonder if someone could help me?

I recently brought the Leo sound pack from hcs voicepacks, the only profiles i have are "1.6.5 Basic Profile - HOTAS" and 1.6.5 Basic Profile.
I am using the 1.6.5 Basic Profile - HOTAS as i have a x52 pro but it seems it only performs basic functions. Installation guides have a mention of Full House profile which i do not have.
I downloaded and installed the HCS tools and tried using the "Singularity profile" but voice attack end up not responding and crashes.

Am i missing something?

1) Make sure that you are running the most up to date version of voice attack
2) the HCSTools will install the plugin, but you will have to manually enable plugin support in the Voice Attack Window.

The download that you have is *highly* out of date, and I will have to double check as to if it is still available on the website. (There was an issue where after purchase the *original* version of said voicepack was on the website to download, but I thought we nixed all those).

Always download via the sendowl link that you should be emailed once the payment has been confirmed by paypal

we do have a few issues with that still, Ze popped up wth the wrong download link yesterday. I'll look at getting them removed.

smegga as Gangrel says, don't use the link to download from hcsvoicepacks, use the sendowl link in your purchase emails. Make sure you uninstall all your packs before updating. Singularity is one profile for ALL packs now and has everything included in it. The manual is your friend

I guess i am running the latest version of Voice Attack as i got it from steam and auto update is on.
After i made the purchase of said voice pack i used the download link i received in my email "HCS VoicePack Leo.zip" file size 175 MB.
I've since gone back to the email and downloaded it again but its the same file.

The link in the 2nd email should take you to a send owl page...

Thanks i have found the owl link now and downloaded the voice pack, its 387MB so its larger than the previous download. I will report back if i still have problems.

hi there i just updated all my voice packs and the new tool but it won't work so here is what it's says when i open it . if anyone knows whats wrong pleased help me..

it says there in the screenshot that Astra needs to be updated so download the Astra pack again and install it
