If I'm correctly assuming you meant to spell out "updated" instead of "up"... the updated Singularity profile needs to be manually imported into Voice Attack (and the prior Singularity profile manually deleted from Voice Attack). The updated profile can be found in the HCSTools > Profiles > Elite Dangerous folder inside the Voice Attack "Sounds" folder (path varies depending on whether you bought VA through Steam or not).
