What is the correct install path for HCS Tools?

I was receiving a prompt to update HCS Tools on every start of Voice attack. I completed the update, installing to the default path, which was: C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Sounds. That didn't fix the issue so I wiped everything including including the applicable folders in Program Files (x86) and AppData/Local. After the reinstall with fresh downloads, registration and serial codes, the HCS Tools install is still showing the default install folder as C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Sounds. Is this correct? I noted the following from the sticky guide:

2. Install the plugins into "VAFolder"\Apps\

I'm not sure if HCS Tools is considered a plugin or not, but it seems to be identified as such during the installation of the voice pack Celeste. Do I need to redirect this install to \Apps or let it install to \Sounds?

the correct folder is \Sounds

If you are still getting update messages then you haven't imported the latest profile. That part has to be done manually. Please see the "step by step update guide for singularity" which comes with HCS Tools
