Command "Lock on" repeating

Hello..

I own the voice packs Dark, Eden, Eli and the ships cat.
All have been working fine as a crew, ...then today I keep getting the command "Lock on" or "next target" repeating over and over even though the room is quiet and Im not speaking.
Any ideas to why? All voice packs are only about a week old for my Elite Dangerous game. See screenshot attached of Voice attack window. thanks

Thanks, I will try a few things in the morning.. Ive never tried lowering the command weight settings, do you recommend by how much to start with?
Pluse my microphone was on 100% record and 100% playback so I will lower them to 50 % first and try again. The other thing I noticed is my Aircon running in the room, a slow hum maybe the culprit.

Personally I have my command weight at 0 but it's very much trial and error for each person as what works best for you.
