    Hey guys,

I have a major weirdness with my voice recognition here, I know it is not actually HCS related other than by the fact that it breaks elite fun... but this place has the most people that might know something that could help XD

So I'm running windows 10 on two computers, and I'm using voice input on both, with different headsets. On one, it works - on the other its basically broken beyond recognition. Could there be some synchronization of speech recognition data between the two? Both use the same microsoft account what what little I use it.

Related: is there a way to turn such synchronization off, and to wipe everything that windows has learned about my voice, and completely retrain from scratch?

Yes i know, this is not a windows support forum, but "there" all you get as advice is to reinstall windows, if a reboot doesn't help 0.o

You can always train up a new windows speech profile, and this should help out. As far as I am aware, these *don't* actually synchronise between machines.

how do i create a new speech profile?

and i vaguely remember a popup asking me something about sending speech data to microsoft "to improve speech recognition", but i actually don't remember wether i allowed it back then, or not.

The speech data to microsoft would have more than likely been related to Cortana.

To make the new speech profile, if you load up voice attack, Voice Attack settings, Recognition tab, and then click the utilities button

From there, select Speech Control Panel, and then click "Advanced Speech Options" on the left of the new window.
