Invoke questions - I can hear not all of income questions

Hi everybody!
Voice Attack latest version, singularity / plugin latest versions, 7 voice packs latest versions, but I cannot hear every invoke question! I can see that a question was asked, but no voice. Sound and recognition works perfect! Everything configured correct and works normally. Just this issue! Has anybody an idea?

Not all packs have invoke questions, so it depends as to who you have as number 1
