  • Error on installation

I'm a new user and I've just bought the Vega voice pack.

After extracting the pack files into a folder, I am getting an error when trying to run the installer. The HCS logo comes up and then I get the error:

    Runtime Error (at 22:321):
SWbemLocator: The system cannot find the path specified.

    I am using Windows 7.

    Thanks.

Do you have voice attack installed? and if so, have you ran it at least once?
    1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
    2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
    3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
    4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong

Yes, been using voice attack (paid) for 2-3 years. Last week I updated it to the latest version.

So the installation is trying to find the path to voice attack? I will try reinstalling voice attack.

edit: reinstalling voice attack (version 1.7.3) didn't work. I also tried running it as administrator, and running the installation with and without voice attack running.

        can you try this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...rrupted-system
The Singularity profile - One profile to rule them all and at HCS we bound them

You see, TheThingIs, eventually you'll be allright.
