It's been a very long time since I heard the parrot and cat get into a scrap, which is one of the best and funniest things about having both pets (any other interactions between the pair would be good too, hint hint).

What are the circumstances under which the fight scenes can randomly occur?

There's more to it than that. I know they need to be outside, as it's a "in the hold" sample (hcspack-SHIPS PARROT\Parrot Extras\Radio effect\Fighting in cargo hold.mp3). I find it hard to believe that it's simply not cropped up in the last few MONTHS of time, even on "random is random".
