Singularity takes multiple minutes to read my keybindings.

I don't know why but Singularity takes a really long time to read my binds every time I start Voice Attack. I removed every bindings file in the directory it said it was reading from except for the one I want but still Singularity takes eons to read them. What can I do to speed up this process?

I have, but it's still just as slow. Voice Attack in general would respond instantly, but after a few minutes it slows down and even commands that are input via a button rather than a voice command still takes a few seconds to register and execute.
