  • HCS voice trigger editor crammed into a corner and indecipherable

I do not know why, but for some reason the HCS voice trigger editor UI does not scale up with the rest of the window and is squished together into a corner, making it near impossible to edit voice triggers due to the inability to read what the trigger is triggering. I cannot discern the reason why this is happening and I turn to the tech support the help me with my predicament.

    Thank you for your time.

We are aware of the issue with the customiser window and HiDPI window scaling, the main solution for this is to decrease the window scaling on your desktop
    1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
    2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
    3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
    4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong

Thank you very much for this. I did not realize that that could happen.

        Right click desktop-choose display settings-reduce scaling to 100%-start Va-go back to display settings-change scaling to 300%..........Works for Windows 10 and 4k tv set at 3840 x 2160

This did not work for me. I reduced scaling to 100%, started VA, and changed scaling back to 300% and it was still indecipherable. I've actually tried all scaling options and it does not display properly in any of them. The original complaint was made 2 years ago and a proper fix still hasn't been implemented for this. Even though you're aware of it. That is terrible product support.

windows settings/display- SCALE AND LAYOUT to 125%
voice attack shortcut icon properties/compatibility tab/ change high dpi settings button..hit that and then set program dpi checkbox at the top OFF and at the bottom set High dpi scaling override checkbox ON and the dropdown beneath to SYSTEM
then go to windows EASE OF ACCESS settings page and select display. on that page set make text bigger slider to 125% and the make everything bigger window should also say 125 %.
