Singularity doesn't recognize some commands but Event Horizon works flawlessly

I had a perfectly working situation but then I must have done something and now my Singularty profile will only recognize ceratin things like "docking" and such, but others command like "protocol override customiza settings" is not recognized at all.

The funny thing is I tired with the SC profile and it works without a hitch 100% of the time.

Singularity profile shows only this error when i load it in

- ERROR invoke 1
- An item with the same key has already been added

I don't know what these means

The command is "Protocol override customise my settings" Or you can press the keyboard combination of LeftAlt+LeftShift+LeftCtrl+Enter to access the customiser

If you click the Voice Trigger Editor button in the customiser, on the "Main" tab of the editor, you can choose which language profile to use (so a customised one, french, or custom)

The error message there you can ignore.

The customizer is defaulted to english , I still cannot make it work for some reason

The problems started after I had to uninstall and then install VA again, I did the same with the voicepack but nothing changed

You might have to tweak your command weight up in the Voice Attacks etttings -> Recognition tab

Already tried that and it didn't work, again with elite profile doesn't work but with other profiles it works perfectly... Is there some hard reset or something similar I can do? I looked around and tried everything I could think of

To do a complete fresh install of VA and the voicepacks, run the uninstaller for each voicepack, and then VA. And then make sure that in the %userdata%\local\VoiceAttack folder is removed as well.

This is the hard reset (aka the Nuclear option)

I'll try to "nuke" it and reinstall everything but in the meantime is there some reason you might think if why this is happening? I even tried other VA apps (EDDI and KICS) and they work almost flawlessly

Honestly I have no idea as to why it would work with one profile and not the other... especially seeing as some of the triggers between both the Singularity and Event Horizon profiles are the same.

That is why I suggested tweaking the command weight, because that can help out with profiles that have more commands (lower command weight in this case)
