What is the last A.S.T.R.A update?

Hello. I coming back to Elite Dangerous and I want to install ASTRA again, but I'm not sure what is the last update, since in my e-mail it looks to be April,24 2019. There is a setup guide there but the links doesn't exist anymore. Like this one: https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/collec...ducts/hcstools .
That is why I wonder if there is a new package or something else to install it.

Re-Download your voicepack and run the installer. HCSTools is automatically downloaded now when you run the installer.

1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong
