hi all
got this persistent error where, when i start VA and accept the update profiles option, the window with "downloading profiles" get stuck and VA gives me the following results (as in pics) and VA won't intercat in any way with Elite (although i can still notice VA working e.g. changing the profile to EDDI)
any clues?

yep if only it was so easy... i bought all my 4 packs (Celeste/Carina/OrionCat) in a couple years span (one or two at a time) and i even kept them in a separate folder just for a case like this but, for the life of me, i can't find the original e-mails with necessary code. oh yeah also the HCS site isn't helpful at all: i mean it wold be great to find a page with all my shopping list but, alas, it seems like i can't even log into it (and it's weird innit?)
even tried the "forgot password" thing and no mail has arrived so far (2 hours later).
