Sorry Ignore this there is already a post. When I click on Update NOW the updates are downloaded but the update hangs with the following error. "ERROR There was an issue creating the backups!". This has been an issue since I updated the version of AD-Astra when I subscribed.

redownlaod the AD-ASTRA installer (in this case, but any voicepack will do) and rerun the installer. The reason as to why, is that at the moment, Ad-ASTRA updates are being done through fresh installs whilst it is in alpha/beta stage at the moment
