Cecil - Singularity Enabled?

Is Cecil enabled in Singularity now? I downloaded and installed the latest update for him and while I can see Cecil listed in The Crew listing, he is grayed out and undetected.

Yes he is. Make sure that you downloaded the new version of him from your sendowl link

Okay, thought I'd read that right!
Did get a new download via the sendowl link. No joy.
Tried re-installing HCS Tools. No joy.
Finally, I went into Programs and Features, uninstalled Cecil (was still showing as Beta 1.2 ??). Re-installed after doing a quick registry clean and "Viola!," he's up and running!

Back in space with Cecile too :-)

Get an Error: YES.wav... and the new "Cecile" is now all *.mp3...
Not sure if this is an old option OR if I did once my own setup for "good old Cecile"?
Any clue where to look?

General\yes.wav is not played when you open the customiser. Do you have some other profile linked to Singularity?
