Refuel and Repair Frustration!! Help!

I really want the refuel and repair command to work. I have been working on my keybindings, keypad and joystick tracking. Most everything works except for the station navigation which is wonky most of the time.

I am using a HOTAS setup with POV switches and buttons to navigate the station and ship menus. Everything works with the joysticks. I have assigned key tracking to the 'run singularity commands by keypress' profile in VA. I have also assigned keyboard binds and tracking as well, though I don't use the keyboard for station or ship navigation.

My ship panels and tabs work 90 percent of the time as does voice navigation to the various panels and tabs.

The problem seems to come when I attempt to use voice prompts to go into station services and then anything from there. Occasionally I will say "Refuel and Repair" and the AI goes through the motions only to stop without anything happening, taking me to the wrong location, or acting like it is going to work only for it not to work.

Any suggestions, what am I missing? I can easily navigate through the stations with my HOTAS, but I want the coolness factor of the voice assist working.

If you have pinned blueprints, then you need to make sure that the option is ticked accordingly in the Customiser -> Keyboard control section

This voice navigation is tough, I have become a bit obsessed. I appreciate the input. Just when I think I get it fixed, it stops being fixed. Like a catalyzer, it's a nothing part till you don't have one!

Can keybinds be the same in different modes? For instance, is it ok to use "W" as forward throttle for both the ship {flight} and the SRV {driving}?

EDIT: I get no keybind conflicts when I make the bind in ED. I have no missing keybinds according to the customizer report.
