Starport Services not working anymore after 09-06-2020 update ED

Hello Commanders,

11:42:46.952 Recognized : 'starport services'
11:42:43.402 Game loaded. All systems now online.

In-game gives no response after the update.
This command does not work even after updating the voicepack.

Anyone has a suggestion?

Oh and “Refuel and repair” also does not work...

I just reinstalled the game for the first time since 2017 so I'm feeling a little clueless right now. (re-learning everything, including the community again)
What is a typical turn-around time for updates to HCS? days/weeks?

The voice attack profiles are nothing like I remember when I first got ASTRA. I tried to see if there was anything I could do to 'fix' the logic but I am not even sure where to find the commands being given by voice attack or if it is even being handled that way. I'm guessing everything pertinent is now contained within the dll?

Hopefully something will be pushed out tonight, but we normally try to get updates out in a couple of days.
