HCS not executing verified command.

Hello
so, i play Elite with throttle&hotas and after not starting the programm for a while i had to update everything.. did that.
Then, i got some errors that my binds where not found.
So i followed a guide on here exported the files to elite and loaded the HCS binds.
HCS is displaying no error and Celeste is pretending to do something.. but after confirming an order nothing happens.
So i have keyboad binds set to all commands i use the voice/stick for.

What do i do wrong and why can´t i customize my commands anymore?
Is there a way to edit an existing profile?

For instance is say"landing gear" and HCSCeleste is responding, but no action is done!

Can you take a screenshot of your Voice Attack window when it loads up please. Press Alt+PrintScreen once the "Ready" message crops up. You can then use a image hosting (like imgur for example) and then link to it here

What do you have bound for those commands (which would be the engine throttles % )

Do they work if you assign keybinds as listed here?

Well yes.. since i am using Hotas for VR, i have every ingame action assigned to a keypress on the keyboard and a button on the stick/throttle.
HCS/Elite set the Commands for throttle to shift+alt+something.

I just tried again, looked if the commands, had a keypress assigned, gave the command, Celeste said,"fifty percent".. and nothing happens.. no error in the logs either. I will try those commands you gave me now.

I just set 75% throttle to Num3 and 0% to X like the text proposed.
After saying 75% or ordering to stop, still, nothing happens.

So i just openend a textfile while in Elite and gave the command for the landing-gear
normaly it should write an "L" into the textfile when i ask VA to do so.. but nothing..
also everything seem to automatic now .. ican´t edit or anything.. is Singularity the right profile for Celeste?

Can you try running VA as a normal user (no admin rights) please.

I allways do.. running as adming resulted in the same "non-error-nothing-happens".
First off Thank you for guiding and trying to help me.
Might it help to uninstall everything, delete all related registries, so that all old junk is gone (i.e. old profiles)and reinstall?

According to the VA window you posted, it is running with Admin permissions, as VA will show a "you are not running as admin" warning message,

Okay hmm.. thats weird, because the "runs as admin"-box is unchecked and no start-permission-window is popping up
How do i start VA as "non-admin" under Win10?

okay after switching the newly found VA-admin-setting on and off again it now works with adminrights.. magicaly.
