VoiceAttack - Could not find HCSPlugin.start

This error keeps showing up in Voice Attack.

How do I resolve this issue?

This seems to be called during certain in game events.

Run VA as admin in this case.

In that case, make sure that VA is not blocked by a malware/AntiVirus then... something is stopping VA (and as a result our plugin) from creating that file

Is this file created at install? or runtime?

it's created by the plugin each time you start Elite so something, maybe permissions, is stopping it
