Downloading Additional Files Fails

Just as the topic says - when installing Astra it tries to download an additional 28.55MB file and it always fails around the 21MB mark, screenshot attached.

I have a friend installing who isn't getting this error at all - I do have a relatively slow internet connection at 35MB but that should be more than enough to download this as I can download the main Astra pack. Thoughts as I'm stuck?

We are having issues pinning this one down. It appears to be a routing error with your ISP, because for those who have swapped their connection (to a mobile device as tether for example) are able to download it just fine.
