Moving Steam folder & Voice Attack

Runningout of space on drive C: so intend moving the Steam folder to new drive D: (instructions on Steam web site)
Just wondered if Voice attack (and HCS voice packs) would have to be re-installed or whether it would still be able to find the binds folder?
Appreciate any advise before I do the mov.

binds folders are independent of Steam and are always in your user folders
