No voice response

I just restarted replaying Elite after a long time and I'm not getting any voice response at all. All my commands are being carried out but not voice response at all. Everything is updated voice attack is v1.8.7 singularity is v2.4.9 all the voice packs updated. Please help.

07 cmdr, do you have the "HCS Tool" (build 1.43) installed? (check Windows Apps) This would update your packs...
If the answer is "no" - then "buy it" for 0 €$etc on HCS website - its for free
