Downloading ASTRA performed by Classified

Hi, I have just upgraded my PC and am having to reinstall everything, I can't use my original download because windows group policy is forbidding running files copied between hard drives etc, i just tried to download ASTRA - performed by Classified from transactions.sendowl - there are 0 downloads left and am getting the message to contact vendor for Access... i should add that i have successfully downloaded and installed the other titles i own as well, from the link to the other subscriptions i own in the email. The issue only affects ASTRA
