Command 'status' is currently disabled for this session and was not executed...

Hello everyone,

I've bought and installed VA and an HCS VoicePack (Alix), it worked fine, until today.

Now I'm getting this message:

Command 'status' is currently disabled for this session and was not executed.

This happens for ALL commands.

Reinstalled and so on haven't helped. Any ideas?

This happens when the profile thinks that you are in one state where the command is not supported.

Solution:
1) With VA focused: LeftAlt+LeftShift+LeftCtrl+ 0 : Toggle Game State

press that combination until the state in the VA window matches up with your current game state.

2) This following method is longer.

Close down ED and VA
Go to C:\Users\ <username> \Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
Back up all the files in that location to a safe place.
Delete all the files.
Start up ED and log fully into the game. This is to create files that VA will read on start up.
Log fully out of ED to the main menu (where you can then select the game mode)
Start up VA. Let it load fully up to the "Ready" message
Log into ED as normal.
