Hi i am trying to access my personal responses, I had a problem with windows and had reinstall it and lost the lot, when I go on my downloads its there I click on it and it takes me to the form to fill out for the personal responses? How can I access the fill. Thanks.

How long ago had you purchased the personal responses? We do state in the email with the download, that because they are *bespoke* responses, we cannot guarantee that we will have a back up of the installer from when they were originally made, so it is up to you to arrange back ups / keep a download of it.1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong
