Astra not speaking, but doing every command

Hello!
Both in NMS and Elite, Astra is never speaking, but all of the commands are understood and working.

I checked the output settings and everything seems in order, and in fact if I click anything in voice attack I hear the sounds (like if I disable listening in voice attack).

Can you please help me?

This appears to be a case of how windows deals with mono audio on 5.1 and 7.1 audio setups (not all people are affected).

1) Right Click the speaker icon in the notification area
2) Spatial Audio -> Windows Sonic for Headphones (enable it)

Restart VA.

For Win 11,

Right Click speaker icon -> Settings
Choose the correct audio output here -> settings -> Spatial Sound -> Choose Windows Sonic for headphones
Restart VA

Unfortunately it didn't work. I also tried reinstalling voice attack and the HCS pack, but it still won't speak to me!

I'm really out of ideas, do you happen to have any?

Voice Attack settings -> Audio tab.

Audio output Type: Make sure that this is set to *integrated* components
Make sure that the correct device(s) are selected for all 4 sections

Apart from that:
