That sounds very strange, as the method of importing profile / plugin is *entirely* handled by Voice Attack itself. We just place the file in the appropriate location.
Could be worthwhile asking over on the VoiceAttack discord itself ( https://www.voiceattack.com/discord ) with the import process. I did the update myself today, and it went off without a hitch... so it could be worth while retrying it (open the HCS Customiser, click "Check for updates" and then click "Update now" even if there is no update listed). Rerunning a voicepack installer will also download the most recent profile / plugin for you as well.
To access the HCS Customiser, you can say "Protocol override customise my settings" or press LeftAlt+LeftShift+LeftCtrl+Enter

Need help with the new Gamma 2.02 update.
Downloaded the new GAMMA pack the day of it's release and installed it, everything worked beautifully!. This morning I received a message that there was a new update so I downloaded it and tried to install it. Everything seems fine up till the "Voiceattack will now import your package, this may take a few moments to complete" screen, then it just hangs there for about 4-5 minutes and I receive a Microsoft .NET framework error saying that an unhandled error with the application has occurred. How do I fix this?
