  • Getting Help When License Number Doesn't Work

    I am turning to using this forum because I have not received a response from the email or chat. When attempting to install the AD-A.S.T.R.A VIP Member Subscription the license number doesn't work. I have sent multiple requests regarding this but there is no response via email or chat. Can anyone help? Thank you.

    Unfortunately, the ones who deal with the email support have been out of the office for the past few days also getting stuff recorded with some voice actors for the past week.

    I believe that they are due back this weekend (if the email was received by then). There is the discord server where some help *may* be able to further / offer help as well.

    In general though, I would

    1) Make sure that the voicepack installer is allowed access to the internet (this is for the license check)
    2) Make sure that the *correct* serial code is being used for the pack (Some people have tried to use an ASTRA serial code for AD-ASTRA, or different packs)
