Thank for the info Gangrel,I've managed to recover all my packs from that! I assume I will have to download the hcs tools as well to get everything back up and running?

https://transactions.sendowl.com/ord...chant_id=18926 - will send you any download links you own. These would be the same links as you would have initially received when you made the purchase. (I tend to keep a back up of all digital purchases emails so I keep my download links / prove ownership etc as needed)

If any download links are missing from that, then they may have been bought under a different email address (ie someone bought one for you as a gift)

*EDIT* Our website has never had the full on downloads links on them, as the downloads are managed by a different party (Sendowl) vs Shopify (the retail part). So what happens on a purchase is that Shopify goes "Made a purchase -> Send out download link". And Shopify just creates a link unique for that purchase and sends it to the email address. There is nothing extra needed for us.

until late last year I had everything setup and running fine,then my aging pc gave out on me,I then had to get a new one start replacing everything etc,but I've lost the download link for my voice packs,I sent a email asking for a new link but had no reply so far,also,another odd thing,in my account page on the store,it's listing all my packs apart from one,the very first pack I bought,Minus is not showing on there,as I can't access my download page I can't be certain if it's on there or not,is there anything I can do to get it all back?
