Can not down load packs need Access

Hi
I am moving to a new pc but can not down load some of my packs.
insted of download it says "Access" and clicking in that says "Access to this file has expired. Contact the merchant for access"

Yes, I would resend. There is also https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/collections/admin which goes through the steps required to get the count reset.

Hi thanks Re-sent email. I have untill now only downloaded when we have had an update so should not have runout of downloads. or have some asmaller number of down loads allowed?
