Voicepacks not updating

Unfortunately that isnt an option for some of my packs as I have run out, or are nearly out of downloads on some of the olders ones, such as Alix. If that is the only option though I may just write this off as I really dont want to have to pay for the packs I have already paid for again.

Just tried to reinstall some of the other packs and got a whole host of different errors. Guess ill just have to install them one by one and see which ones voice attack will work with, task for another day

well I have managed to download all the packs I can that were failing to update (tried installing a newer vp and using the update on that but that failed to update the really old ones) they are now installed and appear to be working. unfortunately I have lost 2 due to the download limit so will have to see what if anything can be done about those.

I would recommend redownloading the voicepack installer from your existing Sendowl link.

It looks like you are "too far out of date" to bring the voicepack up to to current via the HCS Customiser. Once you have updated with the fresh install, that should bring you more in line, and as long as you launch Voice Attack semi regularly, you should be at least up to date with profile + plugin.

Note: When you have reinstalled with a fresh download, you will notice a few changes with the profiles. Notably in that for Elite Dangerous there are 2.

One will be labelled for HORIZONS / ODYSSEY LIVE, and the other will just be for Horizons. The one for just Horizons is for the legacy version of Elite Dangerous.

Ok, finally got round to setting up speach recognistion on my new pc, which then meant I installed voice attack and the first of my ED voice packs. when I launched VA it said there were updates but didnt seem to automatically update the packs.

Is it supposed to automatically update or did I image that the packs updated automatically?
