I bought the ASTRA pack and personalized responses 8/14/2015. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and did a fresh install. Like Phantom Ultron, I have the same problem. I have searched my email for my HCS emails, and while I have the download page, there is no serial number on that page. None of the emails I received (and I've checked them all) have the serial number. I have the downloaded packs saved on my external hard drive, but without the serial number, they are useless. How do I get the serial number for my order?

email info@theqnn.com with purchase details/email address used and a new link can be generated for you
We stopped using shopify a while back.1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong
WARNING! Swedish wall-of-text hits you for bork-bork-bork damage!

If you are Cut and pasting the code, sometimes a spurious space gets added at the start or end of the text. This typically causes the issue.1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own

Gangrel, Ive spent 30 years as a programmer, so when something doesn't work the way its intended it doesn't irritate me... I treat it like a puzzle.
I found this on the last TWO updates (current and previous).
Ive got multiple packs. Like most punters I extract them to their own folder on another drive then apply them alphabetically:- ASTRA all the way through to VERITY.
The following behaviour IS repeatable (did it twice to make sure)
Start with ASTRA and it makes NO difference which way you apply the registration code (manual typing or cut & paste) the NEXT button stays grayed out.
Abandoned that and went to CARINA, manually inserted registration code...voila! Proper installation! (second run I used DARK when ASTRA wouldn't work)
The point seems to be that for whatever reason ASTRA doesn't trigger the ACTIVATE/GIVE FOCUS to NEXT BUTTON on the dialogue box if its the first Installation but will happily work correctly AFTER other packs have installed.
Hope this observation gives you a clue as to where to look for an oops!
