I am guessing, just from looking at the commands that there are multiple versions of each spoken command. For example 'landing gear' would be the same as 'deploy landing gear' and 'lower landing gear' etc. But my version or Orion (I'm certain it's my fault) only accepts one exact command and if I try and issue any variation it gives an error - something to do with sub commands? - I'm at work and Elite is on my Home computer. I can come back with the exact error if required but I guess this has happened before so you might not need it. Please reply as I love the pack but I use an Oculus and don't want to have to refer to a printout every time I want to give a command.

I guess an easy simple question.

in the "When I say" box, the accepted phrases are separated by a semi colon, so this would mean that with "Deploy landing gear;Lower Landing gear" the only accepted phrases would be "Deploy Landing gear" and "Lower landing gear".[1]
If it is "Deploy Landing gear; Lower landing gear; Landing gear" then there are 3 valid phrases ("Deploy landing gear", "lower landing gear" and "landing gear")
If only one of those phrases is working reliably, then I would suggest going through the windows training bit once or twice more. This "failure" is just due to voice attack not working out what was said. HOWEVER, this does also depend on what (if any) error message is.
[1] I am avoiding a whole new method of writing out the "when i say" commands in voice attack, which adds more flexibility but makes it harder for new users to parse easily. This is just for this example though1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
4) Never tell Gangrel to do anything... he will probably get it wrong
