Problem solve method if Chrome is still playing up.
Download and try with Firefox to see if it works. Then you can start to problem solve if it's chrome or not or uninstall then reinstall Chrome first before trying with another browser.

If you do ever need your download reset due to using up all the downloads, then email info@theqnn.com with purchase details explaining, and it will be sorted for you

Try choose the download to Dropbox option then you can get it from there as many times as you want. If Dropbox is slow/failing as well then it's most likely your connection/peering at fault. A download manager can help too.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I'm now down to 4 chances remaining but haven't been able to complete a single download. I've tied 3 different browsers without luck - all fail. Can I get my down load limit reset so that I can keep trying?

we use Amazon AWS servers, so uptime isn't a problem

I have the same problem: I received an email that there is a new update of HCS' ASTRA and "it can be downloaded from the following link...". The file name is HCS+VoicePacks+ASTRA.zip. I tried a few times to download it using Chrome and the download stopped after just a little while with the error message "Failed - Network error". My network is OK. The download web page showed I still have a few downloads available. Same thing with Orion. Is HCS' server still functional, or is down, or on maintenance, or... What's the problem, anyone knows? How can be solved?Thanks.

The forbidden is likely due the number of downloads (even attempts to download) has been exceeded. This will need to be reset (email info@theqnn.com with purchase details for it to be reset).

Now saying that, I personally use the "Save to dropbox" option all the time. Granted this does involve owning a dropbox account, but it should save over to it safely and then it will sync to your PC. Hopefully doing it via the sync will avoid any of the "bad internet" downloads.

I personally have never had an issue with SendOwl in terms of the download speed, using both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

I've tried to download the newest patch for ASTRA several times now. It'll just get about a quarter to halfway finished, then fail, saying network error. When I try to restart, it'll instantly fail again, this time saying Forbidden (in place of network error) As you can imagine this is immensely frustrating. Is this my internet as I think it is? Is it the fact that I'm using Chrome? Maybe something else. I'd really appreciate any help.

Edit: I've tried the download with an Ethernet cable. Still downloaded incredibly slowly, in fact slower than before. I've only just run out of downloads with these tests. The forbidden thing seemed to be unrelated as it was happening regardless of remaining downloads. I'm going to make a dropbox account and use that. Thanks for your help
